Shopify Speed Scout does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users. The extension only accesses the URL of the active tab when you click its icon to perform a one-time page speed analysis using Google's public PageSpeed Insights API. No data is logged, shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond displaying the analysis in the popup. Any temporary local storage (if used) is cleared on browser close and contains only non-personal analysis results. For questions: [email protected].
